Novo Nordisk

Figma component library made by directly extracting specifications (HTML/CSS) from vendor system

Problem:

IT system needed UI for new features, but lacked any design specifications complicating design uniformity.

Contributions:

I went alone into the HTML and CSS of the UI to map design specifications to create a Figma component library for another UX Designer.

Learnings:

Navigating HTML/CSS (Used to build this site) and making Figma libraries.

About

Hey-o, I'm Casper :)
And I had no good
images of myself for this

A Jutlander by heart now living in Copenhagen, and a Swiss* army knife* of mostly good ideas, when trying to reduce the amount of "UGH" in everyday life.

*Not actually from Switzerland

*Should not be used as cutlery

I discovered UX design
after jumping ship from
software engineering,
because I felt too disconnected from both people and decision-making.

For me, a perfect workday would be engaging with users and analysing findings to find root problems.

And luckily I'm way better at that than I'm at playing pool.

A thing I like a lot is,
board and video games.

For me a good board game
is one where there is both time for banter between turns, while still offering some level of strategy.

Recommendations: Azul, Mech vs. Minions, Ticket to Ride, Block Party.

Currently playing: Slay the Spire 2, TFT, Divinity Original Sin 2.

Picture unrelated, I just wanted to show my parents dog, who is the best boy.

Some other favorites:

- Movie: V for Vendetta
- TV Show: Game Changer
- Video Game: Persona 4 Golden
- Music: Redhook or Set It Off
- Tea: White or Lemon
- Cocktail: Amaretto Sour, but made properly with egg whites

I also enjoy hitting the dance floor with some okay moves, with my go-to song being Murder on the Dancefloor

← Guy romances rock, unsuccessfully
